What we collect
- What you give us: name, email, phone, company, and the contents of the quote request and files you upload.
- What the request carries: browser user agent, referring page, and campaign parameters. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, never the address itself.
- Usage measurement: aggregate, cookie-free page analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To prepare your quote, fulfil and support your order, prevent abuse of the upload form, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — hosting, database and file storage, and transactional email — under contracts that restrict them to that purpose. Your drawings are covered separately by our confidentiality statement.
How long we keep it
Quote and order records are retained for as long as needed to support your account and satisfy legal and tax requirements. Uploaded files are deleted on request.
Your choices
Email quotes@harnessmax.com to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to staff who need it, and access to customer files is logged.
