The slow part of buying a custom harness is almost never the build. It is the quoting. We removed that step from the critical path.

Upload your drawing
A PDF harness drawing, a marked-up print, or a photo of the sketch on your bench. No account, no sales call, no NDA round-trip before you can even get a number.

Get a quote
We read your drawing as soon as you send it. If anything is missing or unclear, we ask you about it right then in a short chat, so we build the harness you meant, not our best guess. Then we price the wire, connectors, terminals, and labor, and email your quote with the assumptions we made.

Approve and we build
Approve the quote and it goes to the bench. You get tracking when it ships. Reorders are one click, at the same price.

We build it
Wire is cut and marked, terminals are crimped with applicator tooling and pull-force verified, and the assembly is laid out on a board so every branch lands where the drawing says it does.

Tested, then shipped
Every assembly gets a continuity test before it is packed. Test records ship with the order, and you get tracking the moment it leaves.
Questions up front
We ask before we build, not after.
Most harness problems start as a gap in the drawing: a wire with no length, a gauge in the table that disagrees with a note, a connector with no part number. Many shops guess, or email you about it days later. We'd rather ask while the drawing is still fresh in your mind.
As soon as you send a drawing, we read it. If anything is missing, conflicting, or unclear, a short chat opens on your confirmation page with a few specific questions. Answer in your own words, say you don't know, or skip it. Your answers go to the engineer preparing your quote, so the harness we build is the one you meant.
Only what matters.
We only ask about gaps that change what we build or what it costs. There are never more than eight questions, and usually fewer.
Always optional.
Skip one question or all of them, and your quote comes by email either way. If you leave before the questions are ready, we email you a link back to them.
An engineer has the last word.
The questions are written by an automated assistant that reads your drawing. An engineer reviews your answers and prepares your quote, so nothing is priced in the chat.
Turnaround
Turnaround depends on how many you need.
Ten harnesses in a week is a different job from a hundred. We quote the options your quantity actually allows rather than asking you to pick one up front — the full quantity table is on the capabilities page.
